Which tier am I?
Home for houses and holiday lets, Business for a single shop or café, Large site for warehouses, yards and forecourts with a lot of ground to cover. Not sure? We'll place you on the setup call — and you're never charged per camera.
What counts as a "location"?
One premises, priced at its tier. Run several sites and each is its own subscription — at 10+ locations it's $20 each. Every location stays fully isolated: no site can see another's cameras or incidents.
Any setup or hardware fee?
No setup fee, and no new cameras to buy — Vigil runs on the feeds you already have. You just need a machine on-site to run the guard; most sites already have something that works.
How does the free trial work?
Two weeks, no card, no commitment. Tell us where you are and how many cameras; we get you live in one short call, usually within 24 hours. Keep going or walk away — your call.
Does the AI cost extra?
No. Risk scoring, investigations and close-ups are included. AI scene descriptions use the Groq provider; the standard plan covers normal use — we'll flag it if your volume is unusual.
What if I cancel?
You stop paying and Vigil stops watching. Your footage and evidence were on your box the whole time, so they stay with you. Nothing to claw back from a cloud.
